- Payment data (processed via Stripe – no full cards stored)

- Send marketing SMS (**only with written consent + double opt-in**)

- Improve experience & website

- Sent via registered 10DLC numbers
- Every message includes sender ID, STOP, HELP, and content summary
- No autodialing for marketing without written consent
- Frequency capped; no SHAFT content
### 4. Sharing & Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. We share only with trusted vendors (Stripe, Twilio, etc.) under strict data-processing agreements.
