Welcome to BWB Home Services LLC (operating as Bonanza Cleaning), a California-based provider of premium residential and commercial cleaning services in Los Angeles. By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
### 1. Services
We provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, carpet/upholstery, and window cleaning using insured, background-checked professionals and eco-friendly products.
### 2. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment or deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: Free with 48+ hours notice | <48 hours → 50% fee | <24 hours → full charge.
- Arrival windows may shift due to LA traffic; we will notify you immediately.
### 3. Pricing & Payment
- Transparent upfront pricing includes labor, supplies, and travel within our service area.
- Payment processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full card details.
- Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
### 4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access (keys, codes, or on-site).
- Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.
- Disclose hazards (mold, pests, structural issues).
- Provide parking instructions or validation when needed.
### 5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Not 100% happy? Contact us within 24 hours — we’ll re-clean affected areas free within 72 hours.
### 6. SMS Communications – FULL A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC COMPLIANCE
We may send SMS for confirmations, reminders, surveys, or promotions (**only with prior express written consent**).
A2P Compliance Details
- All SMS sent via 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns.
- Transactional SMS: Consent given when you provide your number.
- Marketing SMS: Requires prior express written consent + double opt-in.
- Every message includes:
- Sender: BWB Home Services / Bonanza Cleaning
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe
- Reply HELP for support
- Brief description
- Frequency: 1–3 per booking; max 4/month for promotions.
- Standard carrier rates apply.
- No SHAFT content. No autodialers for marketing without written consent.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP → one confirmation → no further marketing texts (transactional may continue).
### 7. Liability & Insurance
- We carry $2M general liability insurance.
- Not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions.
- Liability capped at service cost.
### 8. Governing Law
Governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
### 9. Changes
Updates posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
